Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all components supplied with the returned item. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

How to request a return

Email mikah.amzn@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Returns are sent by mail.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, Mikah Vinyl will cover any required return shipping costs. Contact us before purchasing a return label so we can arrange the return.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is a problem, email mikah.amzn@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For approved change-of-mind returns, we refund the purchase price of the returned items.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation or removal of items within 15 minutes after placing your order by emailing mikah.amzn@gmail.com. After that window, cancellation may not be possible.
